Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at tryglowssy@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Return (30-Day Return Policy)
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

Please note:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes all liability for the shipment. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. The return address will be provided by our customer support team upon request via email.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item under the above terms and place a new order after your return is approved.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
